The website jonellajog.com (and any staging hostname we use before launch) is operated by Corper Enterprises Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16300577, under the trading name Jonella Jog. Registered office: Unit 115, Accounts By Simply, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, England, EC3V 0BT. Contact: hello@jonellajog.com.
These terms apply to consumer purchases of goods from this shop. They do not affect your statutory rights.
The contract
Product pages and prices are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You offer to buy when you submit checkout. We may refuse an order (fraud checks, stock, pricing error). The contract starts when we accept, usually by dispatch email. Until then we may cancel and refund.
Pricing and VAT
Prices are in pounds sterling. Corper Enterprises Ltd is not registered for VAT, so prices are as shown and there is no VAT to add. You see the total, including delivery, before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors. If the correct price is higher we will ask before charging; if lower we will charge the lower price.
Availability
Stock shown on the site can change. If we cannot supply an item we will refund that item. We do not guarantee restock dates.
Payment
Stripe is the payment processor. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay are taken through Stripe. Klarna and Clearpay, if shown, are enabled as methods inside Stripe rather than as separate checkouts. Apple Pay on a live domain needs domain verification with Apple. We may set a minimum basket value for buy-now-pay-later so a low-value item is not split into instalments. We never see full card numbers.

Use of the site
You may not misuse the shop (attacks, scraping that harms the service, false orders). We may suspend access. Content, photography and the Jonella Jog name are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy the catalogue for your own shop.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses if you use the shop as a consumer. For goods that do not conform, the remedies in the Consumer Rights Act apply (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund) rather than unlimited consequential claims.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay caused by events we could not reasonably plan for (carrier failure, industrial action, extreme weather, platform outages). We will tell you and give you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.
Governing law
English law applies. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory right you have to sue in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
