Who we are
The data controller is Corper Enterprises Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16300577, trading as Jonella Jog. Registered office: Unit 115, Accounts By Simply, 40 Gracechurch Street, London, England, EC3V 0BT. Corper Enterprises Ltd is not registered for VAT. An ICO registration number is not published on this page yet. Contact: hello@jonellajog.com.
We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
- Identity and contact: name, email, billing and shipping address, phone if you give it.
- Order data: items, sizes, amounts, payment status. We do not store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by Stripe.
- Account data: if you create an account, login and order history.
- Newsletter: email address, marketing consent text, timestamp, IP used at signup, confirmation status, and any single-use discount code we generate for you.
- Contact form: name, email, message, timestamp, IP used at submit.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, pages viewed. Analytics and marketing cookies only if you opt in. See the Cookie Policy.
Lawful bases
- Contract: taking payment, delivering goods, handling returns, creating an account you asked for.
- Legal obligation: tax records, consumer-law correspondence, accounting.
- Legitimate interests: keeping the shop secure, preventing fraud, answering a message you sent us, improving the site using aggregated data where we can.
- Consent: email marketing, analytics cookies, marketing cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect processing already done.
Marketing
We only send marketing email if you have ticked a clear opt-in (double opt-in once the mailing service is connected). The £10 first-order offer is marketing. Unsubscribe links will sit in every marketing email. Transactional mail (order, dispatch, return) is not marketing and we will still send it.
Cookies
Necessary cookies run the basket, checkout, account login and your cookie choice. Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you accept them. Change your mind via Cookie settings in the footer. Details are on the Cookie Policy page.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use processors who may only use it on our instructions:
- Stripe: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna / Clearpay when those are enabled inside Stripe. Stripe is a payment processor. Their privacy notice applies to the payment session.
- Klarna / Clearpay: if you choose pay-later at checkout, that provider is a controller for the credit check and repayment account they run. We only pass what is needed to start that payment.
- Email service provider (ESP): not chosen yet. When connected, they will send transactional and (with consent) marketing email. This policy will name them before launch.
- Hosting: the company that hosts this WordPress site and its database.
- Analytics: only if you consent. No analytics tag is loaded until then. The provider name will be added here before any tag goes live.
- Carriers: name, address and phone so they can deliver.
- Professional advisers: accountants or lawyers if a matter requires it.
Some processors are outside the UK. Where they are, we rely on the UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum.
How long we keep data
- Orders and invoices: at least 6 years (UK tax).
- Newsletter records: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years unless a dispute needs them longer.
- Cookie choice: up to 12 months, then we will ask again.
- Server logs: typically 30 to 90 days unless we are investigating abuse.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent. Write to hello@jonellajog.com. We may need to verify who you are.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first.
Children
This shop is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly take orders from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will date an updated policy on this page. Material changes to marketing or cookies will be put in front of you again where the law requires it.
